Well due to popular demand we decided to make it into a segment; Selection Stories, with this weeks featurette also coming back due to popular demand, Selection Screw Up’s II.
This week we will again have a look and most likely a laugh at a few selections that just seem to bewilder all of us who actually know a thing or two about dream team. This week your in for a treat with five more absolutely stupid picks. So go on and enjoy…
We’ll kick it off with Sean Rusling form the Pies, he was seen as an up and coming forward for Collingwood and for 1,667 dt coaches he still is. Unfortunately the news (after 10 weeks) still hasn’t sunk in that he’s out for 2008 with a shoulder.
One of the best in the west and 291 people would back me up there because they were smart* enough to get Paul Hasleby in their dream teams, if only they knew about his knee injury that will keep him out untill 2009.
Theres no doubt the Hawks are having a great year, they only just had their first loss of the season in round 10. That must be why 1,373 dream team coaches decided to pick up injured youngster Beau Muston who won’t play untill 2009 because of his knee injury. You would think people would learn, but for some they could not get enough of the Hawks and also decided to pick up 2008 retiree Danny Jacobs, 441 decided that $322,800 was a cheap enough price to have him in their teams.
Matt MaGuire from the Saints certainly is a good backmen, when he’s playing. That must have been a good enough reason for 5,098 dream team coaches who still beleive he is a handy addition to a struggling 2008 backline despite his season ending injury.
Well that’s all for Selection stories for this week, tune in again next week for more of these stupid selections.

“The Scholes”
good segment
another is prestigiacomo who has yet to play a game this season with a foot injury but looked a good buy considering the um… giant… scores he’ll pull in each week when he makes his return. over 4000 people have him
and
15422 people are still banking on the chance nicoski pulls another massive score like in rd 1 despite an average of 35 since. he also hasnt played in a few weeks and probably wont for the rest of the season
Thanks for good feedback guys!
