The Round that was……8

Possibly one of the most difficult rounds to score well in all year, with a lot of bad injuries, an awful lot of mass disappointments. There were positives with a few big scores but overall it was a grey day in my house. The Match-Fixers scraped past a dud in the Eliminator, and cruelly lost by 60 measly points against fellow DT Couch author, D-Rat.Travis Johnstone - massive scorer this week with 150 pts!!!

The Big Boys:

Travis Johnstone – 150

Shaun Burgoyne – 143

Marc Murphy – 142

Brett Burton – 139

Gary Ablett Jnr – 135

The ‘WTF they weren’t meant to get that!’

Darren Jolly – 132

David Hale – 123

Robbie Gray – 117

Daniel Harris – 112

Chris Tarrant – 108

The ‘WTF you are a superstar – how?’

Andrew Mcleod – 33

Shane Crawford – 33

Troy Simmonds – 35

Heath Shaw – 40

Tarkyn Lockyer – 56

Rookies of the Round

Rhys Palmer – 100

Cale Morton – 95

Plenty of good performances for me (Gia – i love you and your final quarter 50) but two BIG injury concerns (Kennelly and Guerra) and a failing backline and failing Troy Simmonds- Check this out

Forwards avg score = 88.29 (pretty good)

Centre avg score= 102 (good)

Ruck avg score = 72 (fairly average but that’s with Simmonds 35)

BACKLINE AVG SCORE = 46.85 (OH MY ******* *** THAT IS WHY YOU ******* LOST YOU ****!!!)

Anyone else which to let off steam? How did you go? Do you have Guerra + Kennelly (like me)? Trade? Keep?
